Starting Robolab

1. Starting Robolab varies according to the type of computer.

On a PC - Computer	On an Apple
Click on Start Button. Choose All Programs In the list of programs, find RoboLab folder. Hover you mouse over this folder, slide to the right and click on Robolab.	If its not in your Dock then: Click on the Finder. Choose Applications - in the left hand pane. Look for RoboLab folder and open it. Click an hold on the RoboLab Icon and drag into your dock and release. Click the Icon to start the program.

 

2. After the Robolab program starts, the following screen starts up.

Make sure you click on the TOP button "Run ROBOLAB" highlighted in the red box.

Click OK if you receive any messages. Some of these will be about creating folders.

On an Apple computer, messages will be about being unable to create folders. Ignore these and just click OK.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Choose Programmer Option.

This is the middle button.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Choose Inventor Level

Don't worry about the other levels, you'll be getting to these as you become more familiar with the program
