8. Inserting Slides

A really neat trick which can save you lots of time is the ability to insert slides from other PowerPoint Presentation files.

This means that you can use the same slides in more than one file, and only change it a little bit, rather than creating a whole slide from scratch each time.

This exercise involves Inserting two slides that have already been made for you. These are slides on Marge and Bart.

 

The Movie only shows you an example of how to get to the file you are going to insert your slides from. Make sure you read the instructions in the 'What To Do' section to find you way to the file.

WARNING WARNING

Many of the movies have been made on an Apple Computer. PowerPoint on a PC is a little different.

But inserting slides can be achieved in more or less the same way.

 

 

What you have to do!

1. Insert the slides on Marge and Bart from the Marge and Bart.ppt file. You will find this by going to
   1. Subjects folder
   2. Computing
   3. S2 .
