This last exercise, gives you the opportunity of practicing many of the skills you have acquired during this topic.
Once more you have the opportunity of making many
format
changes, inserting pictures and using tables.
It's also important to remember the other advantages to Word-processing. You can:-
Save
your work and perhaps
edit
or make changes to it again later.
Share
your work easily with others, perhaps sending it by
e-mail
to friends.
Print
your work and because it is printed, it is much
neater and easier to read
.
Print
multiple copies
of the same file, saving the time of having to re-write work.
Task K: TO DO -
Download the
Computer system.doc
file and save it in your Word Processing folder.
Watch
Movie M
and make the changes shown in your own file.
Save your file and show your completed project to your teacher.
