Changing the Width of a Column
A column width can be as wide or as narrow as you wish. However, if the column is too small and you add information to the next column, problems can happen when viewing the original information. Here's how to solve the problem.
2.View the movie file Changing Column Widths.
b. Download the file column width by clicking on the button below. Move the file from the desktop into the spreadsheets folder in Documents (do this with all the files that you download).
c. Complete column B with column widths set as shown below.
d. Save the changes to the file (all downloaded files should be saved at the end of an exercise).
Remember to tick off your progress grids..
