Creating Charts
Using a chart such as a bar graph or a pie chart is a way to make important stand out in a spreadsheet. Creating a well labelled, informative chart involves a mixture of highlighting the correct cells and using the charting tools available to produce a chart that will be easy to read, understand and pick out the important information.

15. Open the file cricket scores and create the following charts.
- A pie chart showing the scores for each player in team 1. (Use cells A1 to B6).
A bar chart showing the performance of player A for each team.
A bar chart showing the performance of players A to D for each team.
16. Download the file book sales in the spreadsheets folder.

- A line graph to show the changes in book sales from month to month.
- Make sure the graph has a suitable heading and that the axes are labelled.
