| Compared with manual databases, it is very easy with computerised databases to change the way information is presented to people. Like many other computer files you can change: |

- The SIZE and STYLE of text.
- The COLOUR of text

| You can even change: |
- The colour of the fields; and these can be different to the:
- The Background colour of the page; and:
- Even the colour's of the Header and Footer can be different.

| Watch the Changing Layouts Movie 8 and practice changing the list layout, using colour's of your choice, making it as interesting as possible. But remember that it still has to be useful and readable to others. |
