Computerised databases can also be searched by using more than one field to find information.

A COMPLEX SEARCH is where MORE than one field is used to search for information.

What you have to do!

1. Using the Flights Database answer the following questions in your progress grids.
   • Make Sure you read each question carefully to see:
     • which fields you have to use in your search.
     • What you are looking for will give you a clue as to which fields you should be using.

1.	a.	Search for the flights to Spain costing less than £95.
	b.	How many flights are there?
	c.	Sort the prices into order with the cheapest first.
	d.	Write down the flight number of the cheapest flight on the list.
2.	How many flights having less than 5 available seats and a ticket price less than £200?
3.	How many flights with numbers begriming with GD cost less than £150?
4.	How many French flights fly before midday?
5.	How many flights to the USA have more than 20 available seats?
6.	How many BA flights go to America where the cost is less than £400 (think carefully)?
