Sometimes you can experience problems with sending or opening Email attachments.
A common problem with sending Email attachments is with the file size. Some Internet Service Providers (ISP) put limits on the size of the file you can send. This varies from company to company. Try and make sure your files are as small as possible. With large files you may have to "Zip" them up or "compress" them down into a much smaller size before attaching them to an email message.
Another problem can involve the application required to open them. This is shown in the movie.
A final problem can involve viruses. All computers should be set up to automatically scan Email messages for viruses as this is a very common way to spread malicious software.
If a virus scanner finds a suspicious file that it thinks contains a virus it will 'quarantine' the file to stop you from opening the file and activating the virus.
When you complete an exercise make sure you mark it off in your progress grids.
