Implementation of Solution

The creation of the data dictionary should make the implementation process faster and with less likelihood of errors affecting the systems.

This section describes how the data dictionary is used in the implementation of a solution using Filemaker Pro. The section is split into 4 parts and the contents of each part are shown below.

Implementation 1: - Setting up a single attribute primary key, required field, text field with a required number of characters, restricted choice and formatting of restricted choice.

Implementation 2: - Formatting a data field.

Implementation 3: - Setting up a foreign key validation check (as in value from entity) and formatting as a drop down box.

Implementation 4: - Creating a compound key.
