A useful function common to modern word processing packages, is the ability to Drag text and pictures and Drop them into new files. This saves time in the production of new documents.

1. Download the Twelve days.doc file
2. Watch VIDEO 7 and follow the steps shown in the video
3. Save your file.
   
   

 

 

 

 

 

 

What you have to do!

1. Download the Twelve Days.doc file.
2. Watch Video 7 and using Drag and Drop technique shown in the movie complete the Twelve Days song in a new word document.
3. Save the complete file .

 

Mark off Task 7 in your progress grids.

 

 

What you should now be able to do!

• Use the Drag and Drop technique to save time and effort.

• Understand the difference between Drag and Drop and Copy and Paste.
