The sample guide that you produced in part one needs to be expanded and improved before the school can use it.

  1. You should include a page for every department that you go to in the school.

    2. You should make sure that you can move from one page to the next and back again within that set of pages.

  2. You should replace the index page with a simple diagram or map of the school, which has links to the information page for each area.

  3. To make the guide look more professional you should design a background or logo that will appear on every card.
    1. This may simply be a frame in which the text appears, a picture or a logo of your own design, or a picture of your school badge.
    2. Make sure that your design for this background page will not interfere with the information on your actual pages.

  4. You must use at least one piece of clip art and one scanned image. The scanned image may be edited as required. Additional graphics may be produced as necessary.

  5. You must include in your guide one other image and a sound file that you have captured yourself.
    1. n the case of the image, this may be captured using a digital camera.
    2. The sound may be a narration captured using a microphone.

  6. People who are not familiar with computers will need to use your guide. To assist anyone who uses the guide you should include a HELP page that can be selected from every page.
