3. On line Help and On Line Tutorials Early computers had a Command Driven Interface, similar to the one below. These are very Help which is available in the form of information screens when using a computer program.
On-line help in most programs is accessed either by going to the Help menu option or by using the shortcut key F1. You can use the On-line Help like a book: a contents page, look at the index or by getting the programme to search for the topic on which you need help.

Some programmes like WORD allow you to access On-line Help files across the internet. But you musn't confuse on-line help with being on the internet.
